Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the unused equipment back into its original packaging, ensuring all labels and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it securely to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
